Cookie policy

Last updated · July 23, 2026

Bagsage uses only essential cookies. They exist for one reason: to keep you signed in and the app working. Nothing else.

What we use

  • Session cookie — set by our authentication provider so your browser stays signed in between visits. Deleting it signs you out.

What we don't use

  • No analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, nothing).
  • No advertising cookies.
  • No third-party tracking or fingerprinting.
  • No social media pixels.

Why there is no consent banner

Under GDPR (ePrivacy) and LGPD, cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for do not require prior consent. Because Bagsage uses only that kind of cookie, we show a small informative notice on your first visit instead of a consent wall.

If this ever changes

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (analytics, ads, tracking of any kind), we will ask for your consent first, with a clear choice and no dark patterns. This policy will be updated before that happens.
